1. Hands-on experience as a Technical Project Manager delivering multiple projects in one or more data or python projects, data mining/scraper development, testing, dashboarding while ensuring operational stability for all the processes.
2. Experienced in establishing data flow pipelines with quality check mechanisms.
3. Experience on providing Data services to multiple clients using cloud services.
4. Have excellent expertise data processing experience in Python.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Technical Leadership: Lead a team of data analysts, python developers and application developers in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient data scraping systems, pipelines, data warehouses, and web applications.
2. SQL Proficiency: Demonstrate strong proficiency in SQL queries to manipulate and analyze complex datasets efficiently.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts to convey client requirements, provide necessary data, and guide them on data-related issues, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Proficiency in Python/Pandas allows for effective collaboration on data manipulation and analysis tasks.
4. ETL Development: Design and implement ETL processes using Hadoop, Hive, PySpark, Presto, SparkSQL, and other relevant technologies, with the ability to integrate Python-based solutions where applicable for enhanced efficiency and flexibility.
5. Workflow Orchestration: Manage workflow by using Git, Kubernetes and other Devops tools developed internally.
6. Stakeholder Management: Independently handle stakeholders, communicating technical solutions effectively.
7. Performance Optimization: Identify and implement optimizations in data pipelines, leveraging Python scripting.
8. Governance and Compliance: Ensure data governance and compliance.
9. Team Mentorship: Foster team collaboration, supporting skill development including Python, Agile, and CI/CD practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Expertise working with legal/cases data is a plus
3. SQL, Python, ETL, Devops Exposure a plus
4. Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
5. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
