1. Extensive experience in the aviation sector, in-depth knowledge of IT solutions and services, and exceptional leadership skills.
2. Experience in overseeing the development and implementation of ITES strategies, managing ITES projects, and ensuring the security and integrity of our ITES systems.
3. At least 5 years of experience in the aviation sector or a related industry (e.g., aerospace, logistics and supply chain).
4. Must hold a valid US Green Card and willingness to work in a hybrid environment with regular travel between the US and India.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and implement strategic plans for ITES delivery aligned with organizational objectives.
2. Monitor and control project risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the aviation sector.
4. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of ITES, ensuring services meet quality standards and SLAs.
5. Drive the adoption of new technologies and process improvements to enhance service delivery.
6. Lead a team of project managers, delivery managers, and technical staff responsible for delivering ITES services to aviation clients.
7. Identify and mitigate risks, escalating critical issues to senior management as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in ITES delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
3. Significant experience in the aviation sector is highly preferred.
4. Deep knowledge of ITES processes, tools, and technologies.
5. Proven track record of delivering high-quality ITES solutions.
6. PMP, ITIL Foundation Certification (or equivalent) is desirable.
7. Strong understanding of ITES systems, infrastructure, and security.
8. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
