Job Description:

  1. Strong proficiency in Rithum (formerly known as Channel Advisor) is required
  2. The Marketplace Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing product listings, resolving listing errors, and ensuring seamless feed management across various e-commerce platforms.
  3. This role involves coordinating with multiple teams, setting up promotions, and ensuring compliance with marketplace guidelines.
  4. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

      Activity list

      1. Resolving Listing Error

      • Identify and fix product name issues, ensuring compliance with platform-specific guidelines.
      • Create and manage rule templates in tools like Rithum to streamline error resolution.
      • Address length constraints for product titles and descriptions.
      • Resolve brand authorization, trademark, and intellectual property issues.

       

      2. Managing Defective ASINs:

      • Identify and correct defective ASINs using feedback from Amazon and other marketplaces.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and re-listing of products.

      Promotions and Vouchers

      1. Vouchers/Promotions Setup

      • Configure and manage promotional campaigns and discounts across multiple marketplaces.
      • Monitor promotion performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

      Feed Management

      1. Product Feed Management:

      • Use Feed Management Tools (e.g., Product Up) to create, update, and manage product feeds for marketplaces.
      • Regularly review feed performance and resolve any feed-related errors to ensure accurate product information.

      Communication and Coordination

      1. Upstream/Downstream Coordination:

      • Communicate and resolve product feed errors with upstream sources (e.g., supply chain, inventory management) and downstream destinations (e.g., marketplace channels).
      • Maintain detailed records of error resolutions and follow up regularly to ensure timely fixes.

       

      2. Brand Application Support:

      • Assist in submitting applications for Amazon Brand Registry and other marketplace brand programs.
      • Support the documentation process and liaise with relevant teams for successful brand applications.

      Special Activities

      1. Reporting

      Prepare and present regular reports on listing performance, error resolution status, and promotional campaign success.

      2. Customer Support Coordination

      • Collaborate with customer support teams to address consumer issues related to marketplace listings.
      • Implement feedback mechanisms to improve product information and reduce recurring errors.

       

      3. Continuous Process Improvement:

        • Participate in initiatives to streamline listing and feed management workflows.
        • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.


        QUALIFICATIONS:

        1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
        2. 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or a similar role.
        3. Proficiency in using feed management tools (e.g., Product Up) and marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central).
        4. Strong understanding of marketplace guidelines, brand compliance, and intellectual property regulations.
        5. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
        6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
        7. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
        8. Experience with Amazon Brand Registry and promotional campaign management.
        9. Familiarity with Rithum or similar rule-based listing management tools.
        10. Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
        11. This role may require occasional collaboration across different time zones.
